If you do not have land yet, we source options through our local network and market screening.

Legal & Technical Due Diligence (before you commit)

- structural logic + key details
- MEP strategy (ventilation, heating/cooling, DHW, solar readiness)
- shop drawings for CNC production, including MEP routes
CLT Shell Package: Manufacturing -> Delivery -> Assembly (up to 3 months)*
This is the engineered structural shell delivered on your plot in Greece - ready for finishing works.
- CLT panels manufactured to specification (up to 18 m panel capability, project/logistics dependent)
- CNC precision processing and openings for MEP routes (per approved drawings)
